Harling Parish Council is the Parish Council for East and West Harling.
Harling is in Norfolk, about 20 miles south-west of Norwich.
The local District Council is Breckland.

Welcome to the new version of Harling Parish Council's web site. Norfolk County Council have moved us to a new system and there has been a hiatus since April so there have been no new postings. That will change as from now (November 2011) and council meeting agendas and minutes will be added as they become available.
